About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will support children and adults to achieve meaningful outcomes through the delivery of Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services across home, community, school, and workplace settings.
You will:
- Make positive and distinct changes to the lives of others by developing and maintaining relationships
- Provide direct behavioural interventions in individual and group sessions
- Develop Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Support Plans
- Provide training and support to colleagues, caregivers and support workers in evidence-based behavioural strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement individualised client goals
- Adhere to legislative requirements regarding timely and accurate report writing and documentation
- Complete introductory IABA training in Non-Linear Multi-element Positive Behaviour Support

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support
- Holds or can obtain an NDIS Practitioner ID, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Has experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst or Behaviour Therapist
- Can prepare and finalise technical reports using strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has effective time management skills and can manage competing priorities
- Holds a valid driver's licence and has access to a vehicle
- Is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people and families we support
