This is a permanent full-time position based at our Victoria Mill which follows a year-round day work roster and may require some weekend work and overtime.

Your Role in Action
- Keep Us Moving: Deliver safe, high-quality maintenance and capital works that keep critical plant and equipment performing at their best. Contribute to asset assessments, budgeting, and cost control to help optimise site performance.
- Leading on the Job: Share your knowledge by providing leadership, hands-on training, and practical guidance to apprentices and trainees, helping shape the next generation of tradespeople.
- Hands-On Maintenance: Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance, including fault-finding, repairs, fabrication, equipment installation, and collaborative troubleshooting with your team.
- Clear & Compliant: Complete work orders, permits, and reports accurately while contributing to the development and review of operational procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in inspections, identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and support initiatives that enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Your Winning Combination
You hold a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade and a current manual driver’s licence. Additional tickets such as Dogger, Basic Rigger, Pressure Welding and/or TIG experience, Pipe fabrication, EWP, and Forklift are highly regarded.
