We are one of Sydney's leading corporate catering companies, specializing in drop off catering with 1000's of high profile clients spanning the Sydney metro area. Our food is innovative, high quality, yet unpretentious, with our menu incorporating different flavours from around the world.
We are now looking for a an experienced catering chef to assist our head chef in managing our day to day kitchen operations. The role requires the direct management of catering assistants while remaining hands on within kitchen operations. The successful applicant will have the following;
- minimum 5 years experience working in fast paced kitchens
- a diverse knowledge of different cuisines and styles of cooking
- a passion for food and eye for detail
- excellent communication and leadership qualities
- an understanding of managing work flow within a kitchen
-professional training and experience within reputable kitchens
