SMBH Longevity is seeking an experienced, patient-focused doctor to join our new clinical team on a flexible contractor basis.
This role is ideal for a doctor looking for more than high-volume telehealth. We are building a thoughtfully structured service with a strong focus on clinical quality, privacy, patient experience, and clear governance from day one.
About the role
You will provide telehealth consultations, review structured patient intake information, assess treatment suitability, prescribe where clinically appropriate, and support safe clinical decision-making within a clear workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth consultations
- Review patient histories and intake forms before consults
- Assess suitability for treatment and next steps
- Prescribe where clinically appropriate and within scope
- Identify red flags, contraindications, or cases needing escalation
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
- Work within a structured triage and escalation model
- Support safe and consistent clinical governance
About you
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current medical indemnity insurance
- Experience in or confidence with telehealth consultations
- Strong clinical judgement and documentation habits
- Comfortable using digital systems and online workflows
- Warm, professional, patient-centred communication style
Highly regarded
- Experience in preventive health, women’s health, lifestyle medicine, wellness, or longevity-focused care
- Private practice experience
- Confidence managing more complex or borderline cases
- Interest in helping shape a new and growing clinical service
