What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive successful lead generation campaigns.
- Act as the voice of the client within our business, ensuring their needs are clearly represented to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver campaign debriefs and performance insights to clients.
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews with senior client contacts.
- Identify and secure support for growth opportunities across your client accounts.
- Collaborate with our Sales Operations team to ensure seamless communication and delivery across all campaign touchpoints.
Program Planning
a) Maintain a contemporary account plan outlining program deliverables and CSFs
b) Support the acquisition team to land prospective clients. Prepare Accelo proposals and provide supporting information as required.
c) Forecast program run rate and projected results each month
d) Work closely with Sales Operations to plan LDR coverage of your programs
e) Maintain Accelo program records and set up new programs to defined standards
f) Identify cross-sell and up-sell program opportunities
g) Maintain accurate instructions in the LDR Program Rulebook
h) Plan client renewal process from three months out from program end month
i) Identify revenue opportunities and prepare plans to successfully win and execute, including but not limited to Renewals, Cross-sell and upsell programs
Program Delivery
a) Prepare and manage WIP process with clients each month
b) Maintain revenue pipeline forecast as per defined process
c) Build and maintain a monthly cadence and relationship with distribution Vendor Managers, to promote value oSpace is creating and follow leads through to conclusion
d) Review and approve all leads, post meeting completion
e) Contact clients post lead meeting to obtain meeting outcomes
f) Liaise frequently with LDRs to maintain contemporary knowledge of program performance and issues
g) Drive program triage process when a program is underperforming
manage new program onboarding process, including client pre-briefing, Chair Client briefing meetings, own preparing the POD for new programs
h) Work with the MCO team to ensure content alignment for the program
i) Work with the data team to ensure ICP meets program objectives
Pay: $90,000.00 – $104,000.00 per year
