About the role
Bunge is seeking a customer-focused and organised Grower Services Officer to join our Western Australian Origination team.
Reporting to the Manager Origination West Australia, you will be the first point of contact for growers, brokers and consultants, providing timely support and information across grain contracting, deliveries and online services. Working closely with the wider Origination team, you will play a key role in supporting grain purchases, grower engagement and the smooth operation of our grower services function.

Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to growers, brokers and consultants via phone, email and online channels
- Support growers with grain deliveries, contracts, pricing enquiries and online account management
- Assist the WA Origination team with grain purchasing activities and grower engagement initiatives
- Promote and support digital grower services, including account setup and online transaction management
- Process and manage grower transfers, contract administration, delivery reporting and other transactional activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and support activities within Salesforce CRM
- Monitor and action team communications, ensuring enquiries are responded to within service level expectations
- Assist with reporting, production forecasts and administrative activities that support business objectives
About you
- Strong customer service experience, ideally within agriculture, logistics, administration or a related industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in supporting growers and the agricultural sector
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
