We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and physically fit Security Guards to join our team for ongoing work across various locations throughout Melbourne. This role suits security professionals who are comfortable working in high-demand environments, have strong physical stamina for active shifts, and can maintain a confident, professional, and authoritative security presence.
About the Role
As a security professional with our company, you will be responsible for delivering vigilant and professional security services across multiple client sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment across venues and client premises.
- Monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and observing security systems.
- Interacting professionally with clients, staff, and members of the public, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Responding calmly and effectively to incidents, crowd-related situations, and security breaches.
- Performing all duties in accordance with company procedures, site requirements, and relevant Victorian legislation.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Security Licence: Hold a current and valid Victorian Security Licence.
- Right to Work: Be legally entitled to work in Australia.
- Experience & Fitness: Previous security experience is required, along with the physical fitness and stamina necessary to perform demanding security duties and remain active for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional Presentation: Well-groomed, professional appearance with strong attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a confident, professional, and authoritative security presence.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, responsibility, and a professional approach to all duties.
