We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and professional Security Guards to join our team for ongoing work across various locations throughout Melbourne.
About the Role
As a security professional with our company, you will be responsible for delivering vigilant and professional security services across multiple client sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment across venues and client premises.
- Monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and observing security systems.
- Interacting professionally with clients, staff, and members of the public, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Responding calmly and effectively to incidents or breaches of security.
- Carrying out all duties strictly in accordance with company standard operating procedures and relevant Victorian legislation.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Licensing & Legal Right to Work: Hold a current and valid Victorian Security Licence and be legally entitled to work in Australia.
- ABN Requirement: Hold a registered Australian Business Number (ABN), as this role is engaged on an ABN basis.
- Industry Experience: Previous security experience is strictly required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation: Impeccable professional presentation, a well-groomed appearance, and strong attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service focus with a polite, helpful, and approachable demeanour.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, responsibility, and a professional approach to all security duties.
