At Berwick City, you will step into a high volume Service Department working across Nissan, GWM and Jeep. The pace is high, the days move quickly and the focus is on delivering a consistent, professional experience for every customer.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to bring your skills to a growing department, make an immediate impact and genuinely earn well for the results you deliver.
A Day in the Life
You will sit at the centre of the Service operation, owning the customer experience from arrival through to handover.
From the moment customers arrive, you set the tone. Managing bookings, coordinating with the workshop and keeping customers informed, you make sure everything stays on track throughout the day.
You will be working face to face with customers, handling conversations with confidence and ensuring every interaction is clear, professional and efficient. A large part of your day will be spent in our fully undercover driveway, allowing you to stay focused on the customer experience regardless of the weather.
It is a fast moving environment where staying organised, thinking ahead and keeping control of your workflow makes the difference.
By the end of the day, it is about making sure every customer has been looked after properly, because that is what drives repeat business and strong results.
About You
You are confident with customers, organised in your approach and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. You take ownership, communicate clearly and know how to keep things moving.
You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence and know how to identify opportunities that drive both customer satisfaction and departmental performance.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment and understand the pace and expectations that come with it. A current and valid driver's licence is also essential.
Most importantly, you are driven to perform, motivated by results and eager to continue building a long-term career in the automotive industry.
