About the role
Join SA Medical Imaging as an Administrative Officer and become the welcoming face of our service. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll create a positive experience from the moment they arrive, providing professional reception, registration and appointment booking services while helping ensure every visit runs smoothly.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll collaborate closely with radiographers, nurses, doctors and fellow administration staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care. Your exceptional customer service, organisation and communication skills will help connect patients, healthcare professionals and external providers, making a meaningful contribution to outstanding patient care every day.
About You
You're a customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy healthcare environment and enjoys making a positive difference for patients and colleagues every day. You'll bring:
