Shift Details:
Days: 7 days per week - Monday to Sunday.
Times: Day, afternoon and night/sleepover shifts currently available.
Various shifts will soon be available in a SIL home in the Clyde area supporting a male participant with a diagnosis of early onset dementia and behaviours of concern.
You will be an experienced support worker enthusiastic about supporting a participant with all activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, transport, domestic assistance and social support.
Previous experience within a SIL home or group setting environment will be held in high regard. You will also have:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Police Check
- ABN
- Reliable Car with Comprehensive Car Insurance (preferred but not essential for all shifts)
- Cert III in Individual Support or similar qualification
- Dementia support experience
