About the Role
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client's team on a full-time, temporary basis for approximately six months. Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist or an enthusiastic entry-level candidate looking to start their administration career.
Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Provide exceptional front desk and customer service support
- Welcome visitors and manage reception enquiries
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and data entry as required
Skills & Experience
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and attitude
- A proactive, can-do approach to work
- Previous reception or administration experience highly regarded but not essential
