Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joiner/Capinet maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both workshop-based production and on-site installation, demonstrating pride in workmanship and a strong understanding of materials and finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings, and technical specifications
- Manufacture custom-made joinery and cabinetry according to drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish timber components.
- Install joinery and cabinetry on-site, ensuring accurate fit and finish.
- Select and prepare materials for each project.
- Perform repairs and adjustments to existing joinery if required.
Requirements
- Experience in joinery/cabinet making
- Experience with CNC machinery or edge banding machines will be preferable
- White Card (Construction Induction).
- Forklift licence.
- Knowledge of current cabinetry hardware and software (e.g., cabmaster) will be advantage
Pay: $29.00 – $60.00 per hour
