About Kids First
Kids First Children’s Services is a long-established, award-winning paediatric practice based in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Since 2007, our multidisciplinary team has supported more than 40,000 children and families. Over that time, we have built a strong local reputation for clinical excellence, integrity, and the warm, practical way we support children in their real worlds.
Families come to Kids First through word of mouth, medical referrals, and longstanding relationships with local schools, preschools and community professionals. That trust matters to us.
We have also worked hard to build the kind of practice many clinicians hope to find - experienced, collaborative, well supported, and deeply committed to helping both children and clinicians thrive.
This is a place where good thinking is shared, mentoring is part of everyday life, and clinicians are supported to keep growing in skill, confidence and contribution.

This role will suit an Occupational Therapist who:
- has at least 12 months of paediatric experience
- enjoys working closely with children and families
- communicates well and builds strong professional relationships
- values collaboration and wants to learn from experienced colleagues
- is organised, dependable and manages time well
- wants to keep building clinical confidence, skill and contribution
- is looking for a role where support, mentoring and professional development are part of the job, not an afterthought
Whether you are still early in your career or bringing more experience with you, this could be an excellent next step if you are looking for the right fit.
