As a Care Services Specialist you will work closely with our Care Services Manager, playing a critical role to coordinate client schedules and provide exceptional care and education for prospective clients seeking home care for their loved ones or themselves over the phone.

Responsibilities:
- Meet KPIs to deliver on our brand promises such as; answering calls within 30 seconds and monitoring caregiver wellbeing when out in the field
- Problem solve to fill client schedules both long term and short term
- Strong computing skills to ensure all essential information is gathered, documented, and properly communicated
- Multitasking client and caregiver inquiries and follow ups via email and phone
- Holistically engage and listen to the caller to gather essential information to determine needs
- Represent the Nurse Next Door brand and provide exceptional care and education for prospective clients and their families over the phone
