About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Client Services Administrator to join our Business Advisory team in Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support to both clients and internal stakeholders.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Collation of financial statements, tax returns and client correspondence
- Coordinate end to end new client onboarding
- Preparation of client invoices
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC as instructed
- Facilitating the delivery of ASIC annual company statements and payment reminders
- Maintaining databases to ensure client and contact information is accurate across multiple systems such as APS, BGL CAS360, ABR and ATO
- Providing support to the wider Client Services Administration team as required
- Assisting with project work as needed
- Attending internal and external training, including mandatory compliance training
Skills and Experiences:
What Makes You ‘Just Right’
- A Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience within financial services or professional services
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent client service and stakeholder management skills
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
