Details: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Visitor Services team in a casual capacity. As a Visitor Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing friendly assistance, information, and support to ensure a positive experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- Demonstration of behaviours reflecting VisitCanberra’s values including teamwork, integrity, innovation and inspiration.

Demonstrated experience in providing a high standard of customer service, building rapport and communicating effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultural sensitivities.

Proficiency in the use of reservations system, Microsoft Word and Outlook applications.

Successful applicants may be required to undergo a Working with Vulnerable People check.

Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

A current RSA Certificate, or ability to obtain.

A current First Aid Certificate, or ability to obtain.

Driver’s license Class C is beneficial.

Ability to speak a language other than English would be advantageous.
