About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to support clients in their own homes across Sydney. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in their community.
No prior experience is required — we value attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
- Transporting clients to appointments or community activities when required
Essential Requirements

- Reliable car and current Australian driver’s licence
