We are looking for a part-time caretaker/cleaner to complete common area cleaning within high end luxury apartment block in the Applecross and Claremont areas.
This is a permanent ongoing roster with cleaning hours Monday to Friday between 2-6pm, 16 hours per week, with the option to provide fill in shifts at out other sites and for leave coverage. Total Experience in cleaning is essential and experience in either residential or commercial cleaning. Students and Visa applicants are welcome.
The properties that we look after are all newly developed apartment complexes with friendly residents. You will be part of a broader team onsite such as the Facilities Manager, Concierge and our other cleaning team.
Duties include cleaning of common areas only, such as glass cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing lifts etc. As the Caretaker/cleaner, you will also be monitoring minor repairs and maintenance requirements to our friendly helpdesk and maintenance team.

Would be great to have your own means of transport and minimum Level 1 cleaning experience but happy to work around this for the right candidate.
