We're looking for an experienced Barista & Front of House all-rounder to join our vibrant, fast-paced cafe team in Brisbane. With flexible shifts & upcoming roles available, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment & enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
About the role!!!
You'll be working across barista duties & front-of-house service, preparing high-quality coffees & beverages while ensuring every customer has a warm, positive exoerience. Our cafe gets busy so we're looking for someone who can stay calm, efficient, & friendly during peak periods.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal applicant will bring:
Excellent Customer Service - friendly, attentive, & able to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Good Cash-Handling experience - confident using POS systems & accurate with transactions.
Stong communication skills - clear, positive, & professional with customers & team members.
Barista experience (12+ Months preferred) - skilled in producing consistent, high- quality coffees.
Permanent Australian Citizenship - must be a permanent resident living in Qld/Brisbane.
Fast-paced cafe experience - able to work efficiently during busy rushes.
High-quality beverage preparation - confident in making a range of coffees & drinks under pressure.
Teamwork & Adaptability - Reliable, supportive, & able to handle high-volume service with ease.

Casual positions available, with the potential to move into permanent opportunities.
Competitive hourly rates based on experience & skill set level.
Pay ranges from $29.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on what the applicant can bring to the role.

Brisbane, Queensland - Applicants must be permanent Australian Citizens currently living in Queensland.
