About the Role
We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in keeping our people processes running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a continuous improvement mindset, who is highly organised, enjoys variety and building relationships.
This is a hands-on and diverse role supporting the full employee lifecycle, with exposure across HR systems, processes, recruitment & onboarding, remuneration & benefits, learning & development, reporting and general People & Culture support.
Reporting to the Group Head of People & Culture and working closely with the People and Culture Team and managers across the business, you will help ensure our people processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and with a strong focus on providing a positive employee experience. You will also have the chance to contribute to process improvements and help make how we work simpler and more effective.
Key Accountabilities
- HR Systems & Processes: Manage our HRIS, maintain accurate employee data, user access and workflows. Support system queries, maintain information resources and contribute to improving people processes.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by coordinating job advertisements, background checks, employment contracts and HRIS activities and support a smooth onboarding experience for new starters.
- Remuneration & Benefits: Coordinate and provide administrative support for cyclical remuneration activities, including Annual Salary Review and incentive programs and assist with the administration of employee benefits and provider relationships.
- Learning & Development: Maintain learning plans, courses and the HRIS course library in collaboration with the relevant business units.
- Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc people reports and assist with external reporting requirements.
About You
You are a people-focused, organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing a variety of priorities.
You will bring:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced People & Culture team.
- Demonstrated experience working with a HRIS and confidence learning new systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with employee data and documentation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A professional, approachable and customer-focused mindset.
- High levels of discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in continuous improvement.
- The resilience to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- A qualification in Human Resources and experience working with Dayforce will be highly regarded.
