About Us:
Sugo Toys is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Fulfilment Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role focuses on preparing orders for online customers, replenishing our retail store, and maintaining a clean and well-organised warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare daily online orders accurately and efficiently
- Pick stock for retail store replenishment and internal transfers
- Pack orders when additional support is required
- Receive, unpack, check, and sort incoming stock
- Place products in the correct warehouse locations
- Replenish shelves and keep stock organised
- Assist with stock counts and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage
- Support other general warehouse duties as required
About You
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Careful and accurate when picking products
- Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of moving cartons and completing regular manual-handling tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, fulfilment, retail stockroom, or inventory experience is preferred
- An interest in collectible figures, anime, games, or pop culture is an advantage
Requirements:
- Able to read Chinese 中文 (Certain goods are labelled in Chinese Only).
- Good general knowledge of Japanese anime, Marvel, DC, and game IPs.
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
