Kidz Corner Family Day Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Family Day Care Coordinator to join our supportive and professional team.
About the Role
As a Family Day Care Coordinator, you will support educators to provide high-quality education and care in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. You will work closely with educators, families, and management to ensure compliance, quality outcomes, and ongoing professional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct educator home visits, assessments, and monitoring visits.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to Family Day Care educators.
- Monitor compliance with National Law, Regulations, and service policies.
- Assist with educator recruitment, induction, and ongoing professional development.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and service compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with families, educators, and regulatory authorities as required.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication, organisational, and computer skills.
Desirable
- Previous Family Day Care coordination experience.
- Experience supporting educators across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of CCS and Family Day Care administration processes.
