Siemens Digital Industries is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales organisation across Western Australia and South Australia.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to drive profitable growth across some of Australia’s most important industrial markets, including mining, resources, water, energy and manufacturing. As a key member of the Siemens Digital Industries Australia leadership team, you will shape regional sales strategy, develop strategic customer relationships and lead a high-performing sales team.
Based in Perth, you will take overall responsibility for the regional sales performance of Siemens Digital Industries across Western and South Australia. You will lead the execution of our sales strategy, set priorities and targets, and ensure the business has a strong and sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
A key focus will be identifying new markets and growth opportunities while strengthening Siemens’ position with existing strategic and key customers. You will build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across industry, partners and the broader Siemens ecosystem, positioning our products, solutions and services to address customer needs and deliver long-term value.
You will work closely with Marketing, Service, Project Management and Technical teams to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives. By bringing together the broader Siemens Digital Industries portfolio and capabilities, you will help customers navigate complex challenges and identify opportunities to increase Siemens’ market share.
As the regional sales leader, you will lead, coach and develop the sales team, creating a high-performance and customer-focused culture. You will allocate resources effectively across the territory and ensure the team has the direction, capability and support needed to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
You will have accountability for regional orders, sales targets, budgets, forecasts and pipeline development, ensuring disciplined CRM and opportunity management across the territory. Through regular reporting and market insight, you will provide transparency on performance and ensure key opportunities are actively managed from identification through to successful execution.
The role also provides the opportunity to contribute to the broader Australian sales strategy as a member of the Siemens Digital Industries Australia leadership team, while representing Siemens with major customers, partners and industry stakeholders across Western and South Australia.
You will be an experienced sales or business development leader with a strong understanding of industrial markets and a proven track record of delivering profitable growth. Experience across sectors such as mining, resources, water, energy or manufacturing will be highly regarded.
You will combine strong commercial acumen with an ability to build long-term relationships at senior levels. Your leadership style will inspire and develop people, create accountability and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
Strong strategic thinking, forecasting and pipeline management skills will be essential, together with the ability to work across a complex organisation and bring together multiple Siemens businesses and partners to deliver value for customers.
At Siemens Digital Industries, you will join a global technology leader at the forefront of industrial transformation. You will have the opportunity to lead an experienced regional team, work with some of Australia’s most significant industrial customers and help shape the future of automation, digitalisation and sustainable industry.
This is a role where your leadership, commercial expertise and industry relationships can make a genuine impact on the growth of Siemens Digital Industries across Australia.
As part of our ownership culture, Siemens also genuinely supports flexible working practices that empower our employees to balance work and personal commitments.
