About the role
The Project Administration Officer role will work as part of the West Moreton Health (WMH) Major Capital Project Team to deliver a range of infrastructure projects
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Ability to organise with a high level of independence, demonstrate initiative and resourcefully to meet deadlines and commitments possessing a logical proactive approach to achieve strategic goals.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to effectively interact with all levels of staff from diverse backgrounds, members of the public and private sector using tact, diplomacy and discretion.
Ability to perform administrative functions utilising contemporary office equipment and software packages (e.g. MS Office Suite). This includes the ability to plan, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads whilst working autonomously and to be flexible in a changing work environment.
Ability to participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour.
Mandatory Requirements:
Pre-employment screening, including criminal history and discipline history checks, may be undertaken on persons recommended for employment.
