This is a role for an educator who knows their craft( MUST HAVE 4+ Years Experience), someone confident leading routines, building genuine relationships with families, and mentoring junior educators, while working within a close-knit and supportive team.

About the role
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support children's individual development, wellbeing and school readiness
- Maintain accurate documentation, observations and learning stories
- Build warm, trusting partnerships with families
- Support and mentor less experienced educators
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies, including health, safety and child protection requirements
About you
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a long day care or early learning setting
- Current Working With Children Check (NSW) or willingness to obtain before commencing
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- Great knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- Child Protection training completed (or willingness to complete)
- Warm, reliable and professional, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education
