We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking MR Driver to join the team at our busy stockfeed store in Goulburn.
This is a hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, good work ethic and willingness to get stuck in.
The role includes:
- Delivering stockfeed, hay and a variety of other goods including general freight and occasional building supplies
- Local and regional deliveries throughout Goulburn, the Southern Highlands, Sydney, Yass, Canberra and surrounding areas
- Deliveries directly onto customer properties
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Some hand-unloading involving repetitive lifting of 20–25kg
- Checking loads and ensuring they remain within legal loading capacities
What we’re looking for:
Current MR licence – or a genuine willingness to obtain one (essential)
Reliable and willing to work
Comfortable with a physically demanding role
Basic maths skills
Forklift licence is a bonus
Previous experience is great, but not essential – we’re happy to provide on-the-job training to the right person
Hours can vary from day to day and may include early starts and late finishes, so flexibility is important.
A licence history/check will be required and a police check may also be requested.
Pay: From $27.83 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
