Support daily service, guide, and mentor junior staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth FOH operations during shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
- A calm, confident leadership style that builds trust and motivates teams.
- Strong guest-focus with an eye for detail
- Solid understanding of rostering, budgets, and cost control (for management roles)
- Experience with systems like Deputy, POS, and stock management
- Availability for weekends, nights, and peak service times
