We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Hotel Front Office Team in a casual position.

Key requirements:
- Previous hotel front office experience
- Experience using Opera PMS (strongly preferred)
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Availability requirements:
Flexibility is desirable, with a particular need for reliable availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with the ability to work a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts as required.
Experience with other hotel management systems such as Room Master, RMS, or IDPMS will also be highly regarded.
