What Support is being provided :
Seeking care to support a 69 Year old Male with a Sustained Brain Injury. Your support will enable him to live independently within his own home by assiting with his day to day living and goals.
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Community participation
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community access (appointments)
Shift Times :
There are a variety of shifts available - Please note your avaiablity in your application.
- Tuesday 0900 - 1500
- Wednesday 0900 - 1500
- Thursday 0900 - 1500
Requirements
- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
- NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (mandatory)
Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
