Catering Assistant – Casual | Perth
- $25.86 per hour + 25% casual loading
- Monday to Friday, daytime shifts (some evenings)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Catering Assistant to join our busy kitchen team in Perth. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great food and service.
The Position:
- Assist with daily food preparation and service
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other fresh menu items
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Support kitchen operations in high-volume periods
- Manage stock and minimise waste
The Person:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Catering Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience in high-volume catering environments
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) – essential
- School experience – preferred but not required
- Good food preparation and presentation skills
- Intermediate knowledge of food safety and food handling
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
