CIMIC Group is one of Australia’s largest construction and infrastructure groups, delivering major projects across engineering, mining, and large-scale infrastructure.
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for technical, site-based, and corporate roles.
What You’ll Do?
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer stage
- Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Source candidates for engineering, construction, mining, and office roles
- Use LinkedIn, SEEK, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes
- Manage candidate communication and experience
- Support onboarding of new hires
- Maintain ATS records and recruitment tracking
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments
- Knowledge of construction or engineering recruitment is an advantage
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Strong sourcing and organizational skills
Pay: From $7,500.00 per month
