We’re looking for a warm, motivated Resident Wellbeing Assistant to help create uplifting, personcentred experiences for older Australians.
We are currently seeking Part-Time and Casual Resident Wellbeing Assistants to join our dedicated team and help create meaningful, uplifting, and person-centred experiences for our residents.
You’ll support residents to stay socially connected, mentally stimulated, and actively engaged in daily life.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to dignity, choice, and genuine human connection.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver and support a variety of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
Encourage residents to participate in activities tailored to their interests and abilities
Build trusting, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Assist residents to attend activities, appointments, and events within the home
Keep accurate records of participation and wellbeing outcomes
Help create a warm, inclusive, and vibrant community environment
Promote cultural awareness, inclusion, and meaningful engagement for all residents
About You
You’re someone who brings energy, empathy, and a genuine desire to make each day brighter for the people around you. Ideally, you’ll also have:
Experience in aged care, lifestyle, community services, or similar (advantageous)
A friendly, engaging communication style
Confidence supporting residents in both group and oneonone settings
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
A commitment to personcentred care, dignity, and respect
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or Lifestyle (preferred)

Other Key Requirements
A valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or both)
Proof of Covid19 vaccination (three doses)
Annual Flu Vaccine strongly encouraged
