As the IT Operations & Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering first-line
desktop, application and AV support across RMIT UP. You'll play a key role in maintaining hardware/software environments, troubleshooting issues, and supporting technology-related services both on-site and remotely.
Key responsibilities include
Providing responsive technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and telephony.
You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external partners, participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support high-level events with on-site technical assistance
To be successful in this position you will need:
Strong expertise in M365, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows OS, Microsoft Endpoint services, and Intune.
