We're looking for an energetic and people-focused Assistant Venue Leader to join the team at Yo-Chi Castle Towers. Working alongside the Venue Leader, you'll help lead a high performing team, create unforgettable guest experiences, and keep the venue running at its very best every single day.

What you'll be doing
- Support the Venue Leader in leading and inspiring a high performing team
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Lead by example on the floor, creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment
- Support venue operations including rostering, stock management, food safety, and cash handling
- Help drive KPIs, labour, and operational performance
- Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and always looking its best
What we're looking for
- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR
- A people first leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A hands on attitude with the ability to thrive in fast paced environments
- Positive, resilient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Flexible availability across a rotating Monday to Sunday roster
