Both brands are proudly owned and operated by the same hospitality group, offering exciting opportunities for career progression as we continue to expand.
About the Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring outstanding customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team during service
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle guest feedback professionally
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and development
- Coordinate service with the kitchen team
- Open and close the venue when required
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Support rostering, stock control, and daily operations
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waitstaff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
