This is a highly visible, stakeholder-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI-driven solutions. You will engage with senior leadership to identify business pain points, map processes, and drive requirements for AI-enabled solutions and automation. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical delivery within an agile environment.
- Engage upper management and stakeholders through workshops and interviews to uncover pain points, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Create process flow charts, value stream maps, and “as-is” / “to-be” diagrams using tools such as Visio or Miro.
- Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements; translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct SWOT analyses and gap assessments to identify and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Identify and propose AI and automation solutions to address business needs.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Support change management activities, including training and adoption of new AI/automation capabilities.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation, AI, or automation projects.
- Proven ability to work directly with senior stakeholders with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident, articulate, and persuasive in meetings and workshops.
- Hands-on experience creating process maps, conducting SWOT/gap analyses, and writing user stories using Jira.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a collaborative and people-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Grok, ChatGPT, Claude.
- Knowledge of AI and Automation including RPA and Large Language Model (LLM) use cases.
- Understanding of BABOK techniques, Lean Six Sigma principles, and requirements traceability.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- BABOK and/or Agile certification is advantageous.
