Delivery Driver
We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering goods to customers and businesses while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver products to assigned locations.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
- Ensure all items are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
- Load and unload goods as required.
- Check delivery details and ensure orders are complete.
- Obtain proof of delivery, signatures, or other required documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all road rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with customers and the dispatch/team.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, damaged items, or vehicle problems promptly.
- Complete delivery records and other required paperwork.
Requirements
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good driving record and safe driving habits.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of loading and unloading goods.
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
- Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps.
- Full working rights in Australia.
