As we continue to expand across new locations, we're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help shape the next chapter of our journey.
The Role
We're on the hunt for a hands-on, professional Restaurant Manager who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the face of the floor — setting the standard for service, driving team performance, and making sure every guest leaves with a great experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who wants real ownership over a venue, the chance to build and mentor a strong team, and room to grow as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day floor and venue operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service during peak periods
- Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
- Maintain rigorous standards around food safety, presentation, and beverage service
- Manage rosters, staffing levels, and labour costs in line with budget
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering
- Work closely with the ownership/leadership team on venue performance, targets, and growth initiatives
- Champion a culture of accountability, hospitality, and pride in the guest experience
What You'll Bring
- A professional approach to everything you do, both with your team and with guests
- High attention to detail — nothing slips past you, from table presentation to stock levels
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during a busy service or unexpected rush
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to genuinely lead by example on the floor, not just from the office
- Sound food and beverage knowledge, including an appreciation for wine and matching service
- A genuine customer-first mentality — you take pride in creating memorable guest experiences
- Weekend availability — a must for this role, as our busiest periods fall on weekends
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar restaurant management role, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced dining environment
- Solid understanding of rostering, cost control, and day-to-day venue operations
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine enjoyment of building and developing a team
