About the Role
You’ll work alongside qualified tradespeople, helping with day‑to‑day tasks, preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and keeping the workspace running smoothly. This role suits someone who’s practical, organised, and keen to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tradespeople with fabrication, assembly, repairs, and general workshop duties
- Prepare tools, materials, and work areas
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
- Perform general labouring tasks, including lifting, cleaning, and organising
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Support the team with any additional tasks as required
About You
- Previous experience in a workshop, mechanical, fabrication, or construction environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Current driver’s licence (highly regarded)

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
