About the Role:
As the Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from award to closeout. You'll be the central point of contact, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services in line with subcontract agreements. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive the best commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of products and services aligns with contract specifications.
- Manage subcontracts efficiently, overseeing initiation, review, analysis, and closing of agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Handle all contractual matters, promptly resolving disputes to ensure smooth project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge:
- Skilled in reading, interpreting, and navigating contracts.
- Competent in understanding construction drawings.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and materials.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in Landscaping is a plus but not essential.
- Experience with PlanSwift and Aconex systems is desirable.
