We're looking for a creative, organised and motivated Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team. You'll drive our property marketing and brand presence, and act as a key communications link between our clients and sales team throughout the sale and listing process.
This is more than a marketing role.
You'll lead property marketing, social media and brand presence, while also managing client communications from listing through to settlement — learning the real estate industry from the inside out. For the right person, this role also offers a genuine pathway into becoming a Real Estate Sales Consultant.
What you'll be doing:
Marketing
- Creating eye-catching property marketing campaigns
- Managing our social media and digital content
- Showcasing homes across online platforms, including high-end rental portfolios
- Monitoring marketing budgets and campaign performance
- Building the Ray White Exmouth brand and bringing fresh marketing ideas to life
Communications
- Communicating with buyers and sellers throughout the sale process
- Following up with sales reps after appraisals and keeping clients informed through the listing process
- Maintaining and updating our client database
- Assisting sellers and landlords to prepare properties for sale or rent
- Supporting our sales team and clients day-to-day
We're looking for someone who:✔ Loves marketing and social media
✔ Is creative and enjoys telling great stories
✔ Has excellent organisation and communication skills, and is comfortable liaising directly with clients
✔ Has an eye for detail
✔ Wants to build a long-term career in real estate
Real estate experience is desirable, specifically with Ray White Systems, including but not limited to Activepipe, NurtureCloud, Vault, Ignite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Design Studio — but it's your attitude, creativity and willingness to learn that matter most.
