Part-Time Position Available
We’re looking for a confident, energetic and reliable Bartender to join our growing team. If you love cocktails, enjoy working with people and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
You will primarily work as a bartender, but you will also be required to assist with customer service, food and drink service when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy services
- Use effective bartending techniques to handle high-volume periods
- Greet every customer who enters the venue
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked
- Follow cocktail recipes and presentation standards
- Operate POS and process orders accurately
- Follow RSA and responsible service requirements
- Work closely with the FOH team during busy services
- Step out of the bar when required to serve drinks and food
What You’ll Need
- Previous bartending and hospitality experience preferred
- Valid NSW RSA is essential
- Cocktail/bar experience in a busy environment is highly regarded
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, positive and team-oriented attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Latin/Spanish background is an advantage
