We're looking for a mature, compassionate female support worker to join our participant's support team on the Sunshine Coast.
We're hoping to find someone who is naturally kind, calm, patient, and empathetic, with experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and mental health challenges. Someone who can build genuine rapport, provide consistent support, and create a safe, positive environment.
Experience supporting people with Borderline Personality Disorder or similar complex mental health presentations would be highly regarded.
This is a casual role with an immediate start from next Monday.
