As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to create rich learning experiences that ignite children's imaginations and help them develop the confidence and skills they need for future success.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a team of educators within the Kindergarten learning environment
- Develop meaningful educational programs that reflect each child's unique strengths, interests, and developmental journey
- Foster a lifelong love of learning through inquiry-based experiences, community connections, and strong relationships with families
- Support children to become confident, capable, and engaged learners
- Drive quality practices and contribute to achieving and exceeding the National Quality Standards
- Create a learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired every day
You are a passionate advocate for early learning who understands the incredible influence teachers have during a child's most important developmental years.
You'll bring:
- An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine commitment to nurturing children's learning, wellbeing, and development
- A collaborative and positive approach to working with families and colleagues
