About Us: Care2u Staffing Solutions is a dedicated staffing provider within the NDIS sector, providing qualified and compassionate disability support workers to NDIS-registered providers across New South Wales. We specialise in sourcing, screening, and placing skilled workers into Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, respite services, community programs, and various participant accommodations across NSW.
As a Disability Support Worker with us, you may be endorsed and assigned to specific clients, SIL houses, group homes, respite facilities, or community-based accommodations depending on client needs and your skillset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and support, following a person-centred approach.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care (e.g., showering, grooming, toileting), and household tasks.
- Provide assistance with community participation, transport, and engagement in social activities.
- Administer medication according to the participant's care plan.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and team members, ensuring dignity and independence are respected.
- Support clients with complex healthcare and behavioral needs.
- Create and submit necessary reports and/or documentation required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Certificate III qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, Individual support, Community Services or any relevant filed
- Demonstrated experience working in the Disability/Aged Care field
- Experience or ability to perform personal care work/household duties/social and community participation activities
- Must hold or be willing to apply for an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance
- Must have undergone or willing to undergo NDIS Worker Orientation Module and obtain Supporting Effective Communication Certificate and Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Certificate
- Has First Aid Certificate
- A valid driver’s licence, car and car insurance
