Workforce Planning Analyst – 12 Month Parental Leave Contract
Defence Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Workforce Management team on a 12-month parental leave contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting contact centre operations through effective workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operational management. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and can balance operational performance with member and employee outcomes.
About the Role
As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering workforce management activities that support optimised resource allocation and achievement of service targets across our contact centre operations.
You will contribute to operational efficiency, member experience outcomes, and the effective delivery of business priorities through data-driven planning and coordination.
Key responsibilities include:

Short and long-term forecasting and FTE budget planning

Schedule and roster development

Real-time workforce coordination and operational management

Reporting, analysis, and performance insights

Supporting operational leaders with workforce planning recommendations

Monitoring service performance and identifying improvement opportunities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated workforce planning experience within a contact centre or operational environment, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
