We're a close-knit team behind a growing group of purpose-led medical clinics — and we're looking for a Junior IT Support Officer to join us.
If you're passionate about technology, eager to learn, and want to make a real difference in a healthcare setting, this could be the perfect step in your IT career.
- Being the first point of contact for IT issues across our clinics — helping staff solve tech problems quickly and confidently.
- Setting up and maintaining computers, printers, and other devices.
- Supporting the senior IT staff with systems upgrades, projects, and rollouts.
- Managing user accounts, software installs, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Helping keep our systems efficient and our documentation up to date.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people with technology — patient, approachable, and clear in how you communicate.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and common hardware.
- A team player who takes initiative and follows through.
- Formal IT qualifications, an undergraduate degree in IT/CompSci or related fields. Not current or still working on it? It’s not a dealbreaker - Certificate III/IV/Diploma in IT, CompTIA A+ etc or candidates with previous experience may also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
