Are you passionate about cars and great with people? Do you speak Mandarin and enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle? Werribee and Western Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our busy Werribee team! New to the industry? not a problem as we are also looking for a Cadet to join the team.

What You’ll Do

Greet and engage customers with a friendly, professional approach

Provide expert advice on our vehicle range

Build rapport with customers and guide them through the sales process

Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up

Achieve individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Mandarin and or Vietnamese (spoken and written) preferred but not essential
Passion for automotive sales and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Energetic, motivated, and results-driven
Prior sales experience is a plus (but not essential)
