About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining technical repair work with front desk customer service. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while carrying out high-quality smartphone repairs in accordance with Samsung's strict repair standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Samsung smartphones and tablets
- Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera and other hardware repairs
- Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs following Samsung procedures
- Conduct quality testing before returning devices to customers
- Book in repair jobs and explain repair processes to customers
- Answer phone calls, emails and online enquiries
- Process payments, invoices and customer collections
- Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
- Recommend accessories and additional protection products where appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment
- Work collaboratively with technicians and the customer service team
What We're Looking For
- Previous mobile phone /tablet repair experience
- Previous experience working at a Samsung Authorised Service Centre is highly regarded.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Passion for technology and electronics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Experience with Samsung, Apple or Android devices is advantageous
